We would like to inform you that in accordance with the announcement by the Cyprus Tax Department, the deadline for the electronic submission of the 2022 Personal Income Tax Returns (IR1) was extended up to 2 October 2023 as well as for the payment of the final tax due (if any).
The submission of the personal income tax return for the tax year 2022 is obligatory for employees, pensioners and self-employed persons:
- whose gross total income exceeds the amount of €19,500 and;
- whose turnover is below €70.000 and there is no obligation to submit audited accounts.
